Nadine Spielman’s obituary (2022) – Syracuse, New York

Nadine Spelman June 30, 2022 Nadine E. Spelman, 63, of East Syracuse, died on June 30, 2022 in the arms of her loving family. Nadine graduated in 1976 from East Syracuse Minoa High School where she met “Spuse” Mark Spellman. They married in 1976 and were going to celebrate their 46th birthday this year. Their souls were so deeply connected that she left this earth shortly after losing him, her one true love, on June 2, 2022. She loved animals, zoo trips, and her many years of bowling and playing softball with her husband and friends. Nadine worked alongside Mark for many years in the spare parts industry and together they owned their own business, Spare Parts Dealer. Nadine was known as “Mima” for her grandparents. Being a grandmother was the center of her heart and everything to her. Nadine was decimated by her companion, Mark Spielman, and her parents, Rob and Shirley Krukowski. She is survived by her daughter, Danielle (Chris) Hudson. son of Christopher Spielman; her dear grandchildren, Nadia, Isaiah, Talia Hudson, Robert White, Abigail Davis; Aunts, Lynne (Chuck) Kolb, Barbara Kavanaugh; My dear friends and many of her cousins, including her special ‘sister’ cousin Tammy LaForce, and ‘nephew’ cousin Sean LaForce. Nadine also left behind the great Danes, Kenya, Kwa, and Kaya. Nadine’s big heart and strong beliefs live in everything he knew and loved. She was known as the second mother to many and throughout her life she welcomed anyone in need. Remember, Nadine is better by snuggling with your pet, enjoying a hot cup of coffee with plenty of cream, and cherishing your loved one with all you have. Contact hours will be held Thursday, July 7, 4-6 p.m. at New Comer Cremations and Funerals with a service to follow. Burial will take place the next morning at St Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt at 10 am.
