KUALA LUMPUR: National Savings Bank (BSN) in collaboration with KPK
Malaysian Enterprises (SSM) provides a special housing finance scheme for SSM staff.
Dedicated housing finance allows SSM staff to enjoy attractive housing finance schemes such as a 110 percent financing margin including legal fees and appraisal fees, low financing rates and subsidies.
Chief Executive of BSN, Jay Khairil, said that BSN also provides a special online platform called ‘My Corporate Employee Scheme’ (MyCES).
He said, through the platform, the staff funding application process
SSM can be implemented more easily and efficiently without the need to visit BSN branches.
“Before buying a house, proper financial planning is important for ability
to pay off the installments does not burden the buyer.
“On that basis, we are working with SSM to offer special financing to SSM staff with various attractive facilities.
“We are always committed to providing a banking service platform that is easily accessible to customers,” he said in his statement.
SSM’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Nor Azimah Abdul Aziz said the collaboration between SSM and BSN was timely to explore opportunities to expand services and build a cooperation network that could benefit both parties.
“It is expected to be a starting point for greater cooperation opportunities in the future,” he said.
SSM staff can apply for housing finance through the MyCES platform starting July 16.
