Lea Michele reprises her upcoming role as Fanny Brice in Broadway’s Funny Girl.

The 35-year-old multitalented singer shared a glimpse of her tap dance practice on her Instagram Story with show choreographers Ayodele Casel and Dre Torres.

In the clip, the “Glee” graduate – wearing a black sports bra, leggings and tap shoes – spins in a military salute a few milliseconds in front of Casel and Torres. Excited that he held the final pose, the three women clapped as Michele high-fived Casel.

“It’s a huge honor to have these two geniuses teach me how to shoot @funnygirl so amazing and inspiring,” she wrote alongside a photo with the pros.

Shortly after the behind-the-scenes black-and-white footage, Michele returns home to her son Ever, nearly two, who she shares with her husband Zandy Reich.

“Home from work and back to mom’s work,” she wrote on a photo of Ever playing in the children’s pool in New York City.

On September 6, Michele will fulfill her long-standing dream of starring in Funny Girl as the original character Barbra Streisand. Her role came as a former fanny, Beanie Feldstein, leaving the show early after a rocky start.
